Patson acquired this 595,000 sq.ft. complex of buildings in the Civic Center are of San Francisco via a joint venture with Buchanan Street Partners and Vornado.

3700 Geary Boulevard showcases the adaptive reuse of an historic brick building in San Francisco.  The building was originally built in the 1890’s as a cable car barn and power plant for the Geary Park & Ocean Railway System. Patson carried out a complete refurbishment of the historic building, including extensive structural improvements to bring the structure up to modern earthquake safety standards. The entire facility was leased to OfficeMax Inc.

Patson advised Ladbroke Racing Corporation on the real estate aspects of its purchase of this horse racing facility in Albany, California.

This was a 7-unit condominium conversion in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights district.  The property was purchased from longtime friends the Redmond family in an off market transaction.

This office building in the Shadelands area of Walnut Creek was purchased in the early 1980’s for North American Life Insurance Company in an ‘off market’ transaction from Peter Bedford. The property was leased to Great American Insurance Company.  Patson negotiated a surrender of the lease on behalf of North American Life Insurance Company and re-leased the asset to Jacuzzi Whirlpool.
