Much of our product is ground up development and refurbishment and our team has built an impressive track record in this area. We also provide property management, asset management, and investment advisory services.
We take on just a few exceptional projects at any one time. Transit oriented locations have always been of particular interest.
Patson was founded in 1984 by Ian Paget and David Harrison, both of whom remain active in the business today, taking a personal role in each project.
