275 Sacramento
San Francisco
When 275 Sacramento received planning approvals in March, 1998, it marked the first time any developer had successfully taken two buildings through San Francisco’s arduous “Beauty Contest” procedure (235 Pine was one of the original beauty contest winners in 1988).
Completed in 2001, 275 Sacramento is an eight-story retail and office building in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district. The building’s design combines the latest in high technology with an appealing blend of traditional materials and detailing. The building contains 75,000 sq.ft. of high-end office and retail space. It is often referred to as the first new high tech building in San Francisco.
The retail portion of the building is leased to Walgreen Co. on a long term lease. The office accommodation is occcpied by OpenTV Inc.
275 Sacramento was developed by Patson Development Company under a joint venture with London Merchant Securities plc.
